Gabe didn't have time to respond to the pithy

remark of his subconscious because he was suddenly halted and swept into strong arms that encircled his waist, his own hands holding on to the man's not unimpressive upper arms. The man pulled him closer and opened his mouth to speak but Gabe halted him with the press of his fingers to soft full lips. He didn't know why, but he didn't want to speak, didn't want to exchange names and pleasantries; he wanted whatever this was to remain anonymous. Hell, maybe it was the only way his damaged psyche could handle the sensations that were already beginning to flow through him—to introduce themselves would make it real.

Perhaps something along those lines showed in his eyes, because the man nodded and pulled him closer still, pressing one of his thighs between both of Gabe's, as Gabe slid his arms around muscled shoulders before he laid his head in the crook of the stranger's neck and gave himself over to the music and the moment.
